Description: The mission of the National MS Society is to create a world free of MS. The Pacific South Coast Chapter serves 45,500 people affected by MS in Orange, San Diego and Imperial Counties.
We have many volunteer opportunities available throughout the year.  We have non-paying internships is all departments.  We have fundraising events that require hundreds of volunteers. Walk MS is April 22 at LEGOLAND and April 28 at NTC Park at Liberty Station, San Diego.

Description: The Therapeutic Recreation Services section of the City of San Diego’s Park and Recreation Dept. provides adaptive community recreation programs and summer camps for people ages 3-adult with various disabilities.  International Student Office English in Action Program (On Campus)

Description: The English-in-Action tutor program (EIA) is a volunteer-run program where international students, scholars and spouses are matched with a volunteer tutor to help with English language skills and to better understand the American culture and help them acclimate to their new environment.  Conversation partners usually meet for 1.5 to 2 hours per week at the International Center or at another location that is convenient for both.
