Alpha Phi Omega

An all-inclusive collegiate Fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega is committed to being the foremost student-run organization in developing lifelong leaders, instilling lasting friendships, and fostering a lifetime of service to all people.

Alternative Breaks

Alternative Breaks @ UCSD aims to cultivate socially active and globally conscious leaders through networking, developing, and expanding Alternative Break teams at UCSD who are centrally focused on international volunteerism. Alternative Breaks are national or international service learning, alcohol and drug free trips that incorporate direct service, education, diversity, reflection, issues of social justice, and reorientation to have a LIFELONG impact on participants. Applications available in the VC Office.
Arusha Project Through community action and education, the Arusha Project introduces young people to issues in gender equality and sexual health.
CALPIRG Volunteer with CALPIRG to campaign for climate change awareness, homelessness and hunger issues, and higher education. CALPIRG is an organization that also aims to lessen problems on college campuses such as the escalating costs of textbook and student aid.
Camp Kesem The mission of Camp Kesem is to create a positive, week-long camp for children whose lives are changed due to a parent's illness or death from cancer. The camp provides an opportunity for kids to interact with other peers in a similar situation while experiencing a care-free week in the great outdoors.  Through team building games, talks, and other fun activities thecampers will gain friends, confidence, and support to develop into stronger individuals. 
Foundation For International Medical Relief of Children (FIMRC) FIMRC is a global US based global non-profit organization dedicated to children in need. To date, F.I.M.R.C has helped thousands of children by setting up clinics in rural areas of Costa Rica, Haiti, Ecuador, Uganda, and India. These clinics across the world employ the help of doctors, volunteers, and donors who support a healthier global community.The F.I.M.R.C. chapter at UCSD is committed to raising awareness in the local community and providing a link between charitable individuals in San Diego and those in need of fundamental medical resources.
Premedical Association of Students for Service Provide commitment, community service opportunities, pre-health information, and networking opportunities.
Rotaract Club UCSD Rotaract is a non-profit community service organization sponsored by the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary Club. We are open to all students at UCSD under the age of 30. Be a part of the many diverse service opportunities this dynamic club has to offer in the San Diego area. We welcome and encourage input on project ideas from our members for new opportunities to volunteer.
