Best Buddies is an international non-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing one-on-one friendships. At UCSD, college students are paired with their own buddy from the San Diego TRACE programs. The year-long commitment allows everlasting friendships to grow. Each pair
is expected to speak once a week, and meet once a month in order to ensure that a friendship is forming. To help make this happen, UCSD Best Buddies has monthly events that are fun and exciting.
